Commercial Manager

Our Client has set a strong E & P base in South East Asia. They have acquired onshore exploration licenses and are currently participating in an LNG development project, whose delivery of first gas is targeted in year 2015. In the recent years, the upstream business sector has achieved success and the subsequent gas and condensate discoveries are expected to continue to add value to the Company performance.
Playing equally-significant role in petroleum products distribution, this company continuously looks forward to the expansion of their retail and wholesale petroleum distribution business. On that basis, our Client is looking to engage a Commercial Manager to lead the sales team in developing marketing initiatives, for the business of fuels and lubricants in particular.

A commercial manager will need to implement agreed commercial fuels and lubricants strategies without compromising on HSSE compliance. You must proactively motivate and drive employees to achieve high sales of commercial fuel and lubricants, and be accountable to manage the department budget, team
performance and business profitability as a whole.

The successful candidate should also be able to perform sound financial analysis on every possible business opportunity and make wise decisions. You will need to be an excellent team player, network builder and inspiring leader.



Status:     Staff
Required Skills/Experience:     Financial analysis, negotiation skills, business maturity, organisational skills
Desired Skills/Experience:     Oil industry experience
Required Qualifications:     A tertiary qualifications in a Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management
