Service dimensions
• To assist the ECP Manager in the organization, management and control of the ECP Department
• To perform, supervise, co-ordinate and control all necessary Project Services activities and to ensure that they are performed in accordance with the COMPANY Rules, DGEP/TDO/PJC Guidelines and Procedures using best work practices.

•To assist in the definition, establishment and organization of the ECP Department
•Using the COMPANY Rules, DGEP/TDO/PJC Guidelines, Procedures and best work practices establish a set of Project specific procedures to cover the co-ordination and control of Project Control activities
•To control the preparation and review of the initial ECP Department budget and of its successive revisions and to oversee the constant monitoring of Project costs to record current status
